Cyberwellness

To complement the cyber wellness curriculum in schools, parents can set a good example at home and play an active role in guiding their child to navigate safely in cyberspace.

Here are some tips:
• Get your child to share with you his favourite online websites. Spend time online together doing family activities.
• Talk to your child about his online experiences; discuss about the benefits and risks of the Internet.
• Reassure your child that he can ask you questions or talk to you if he runs into problems online.

Useful resources to develop Cyber Wellness Values with your child.
