CCA Overview

Xishan Primary Cub Scouts aim to foster holistic development—physical, mental, spiritual, and social—by instilling values of duty to God, country, and community. Based on the Scout Law, the program builds character, leadership, and teamwork through adventure, skill-building, and badge-earning activities in a nurturing environment.
